Funding ideas that strengthen Saint Lucia

TEF provides grant funding and support to eligible organisations and initiatives that contribute to sustainable development, stronger communities, environmental protection, youth development, and an enhanced tourism product.

Who is eligible?

TEF accepts applications from registered, non-profit entities operating within Saint Lucia. We partner with organisations whose initiatives align with our development priorities and who have a clear commitment to meaningful community impact.

  • Registered Non-Governmental Organizations (NGOs)
  • Public and private schools and colleges
  • Community development committees
  • Religious organizations (for community outreach projects)
  • Research and environmental protection groups

Note: Grants are not awarded to individuals, for-profit businesses, or for political campaigns. For individual student support, please see the Eileen Paul Scholarship.

    Initiatives that protect, preserve, and strengthen Saint Lucia's natural environment.

  • Youth empowerment & capacity building

    Education, skills development, training, and initiatives that create pathways for young people and strengthen organizations.

Application process

  1. Check eligibility

    Confirm your organisation and project align with TEF's development priorities.

  2. Prepare your proposal

    Gather your supporting documents and complete the application electronically.

  3. Submit your application

    Send your completed application to TEF for review.

  4. TEF reviews the request

    Allow 10 working days for a response. Funding is awarded competitively and is subject to the availability of funds and the quality of eligible applications.

  5. Agreement & monitoring

    Successful projects move to agreement. Funded projects are monitored and evaluated to reinforce accountability.
